Brand audit
A Zelexis brand audit is a structured review of how an established business is presented across every channel its clients see, from the website and Google profile to proposals, quotes and social channels. Each channel is rated for clarity and consistency, and the audit ends with a prioritised list of what to keep, sharpen or replace.

Who it is for
A brand audit suits an established business that suspects it is being underestimated but is not sure why. It is often the right first step before a new website, a refresh or a marketing push, because it shows where the presentation falls behind the work and what matters most to fix.
How it works
We start with a conversation about the business, its best clients and where it is heading. Then we review every channel a new client is likely to see, in the order they see it: the search result, the Google profile and reviews, the website, social channels, proposals, quotes, emails and the identity as it is actually used. Where it helps, we also look at the alternatives clients compare the business with.
What you receive
A short, plain-English report with each channel rated, the reasons behind each rating, and a prioritised list of what to keep, sharpen or replace. We walk through it together in a working session and agree the next steps. The audit is useful on its own, and it also becomes the brief for any work that follows.

What is a brand audit?
A brand audit is a review of how a business is presented across every channel its clients see, compared with how it wants to be perceived. A Zelexis audit rates each channel for clarity and consistency and ends with a prioritised list of what to keep, what to sharpen and what to replace.
How long does a brand audit take?
Usually two to four weeks, depending on how many channels the business uses and how many people we speak with. The audit finishes with a working session to agree priorities, so the business leaves with a clear next step whether or not it continues with Zelexis.
Should we do a brand audit before a new website?
Usually, yes. A website is one channel among several. An audit shows whether the problem is the website itself or the position and consistency behind it, so the new website is built on the right message and matches the proposals, profiles and documents clients also see.
