Overview

Switch’D is an electrical contractor in Chinchilla serving residential, commercial and agricultural clients. Zelexis worked on its messaging, customer routes and website, using the branding Switch’D supplied, so commercial and agricultural clients now have a clear route of their own.

The challenge

Present the commercial capability already in the business.

The starting point

Switch’D already served commercial and agricultural customers. The older website's informal voice did not express the contractor position the team wanted to establish.

The goal was a clearer, more professional presentation of connected services, experience and coverage. Residential customers remained important, with a different set of questions about their property and the help available.

Commercial & agriculture
Assess capability for the operation.
Homes & residential
Find relevant help for the property.

The new experience had to serve both without making the business feel fragmented or making the professional voice less accessible.

A change in emphasis

A commercial route with a clearer job to do.

The earlier page listed commercial services. The current route leads with the responsibility of coordinating a whole site, then makes the relevant capability easier to explore.

Same capability. A clearer way to assess it.

The thinking

Different briefs need different evidence.

Audience planning shaped the structure and copy. One identity connects the experience; different routes address different decisions.
