Brand strategy & identity

A position people remember.

Research and positioning that make your strengths clear, then an identity and guidelines that carry them everywhere.

Agree who you are for, then design.

Before anything is designed, we agree with you who you are for, what you do and why you. Built for established businesses where reputation decides the work they win.

Where a brand stops working.

What owners tell us in the first conversation, and what we do about it.

  1. What we hear: “People hear about you, then can’t tell what makes you different.”

What we do: A clear position: who you are for, what you do and why you, in words the whole team can use.

  2. What we hear: “The logo, the proposals and the website look like three different businesses.”

What we do: One identity with simple rules, so every touchpoint looks like the same business.

  3. What we hear: “Your best work isn’t reflected in how you present.”

What we do: An identity that matches the quality of the work you deliver.

Questions about brand projects.

Straight answers about cost, timing and what we need from you.

Still deciding?

You do not need a finished brief. We can talk through what you need and where to start.

How is it priced?

Every project is scoped to the business. After a first conversation we provide a clear scope and a tailored quote, so you know the work, the timing and the investment before anything begins.

How long does a brand strategy and identity project take?

A brand strategy and identity project with Zelexis typically takes 10 to 14 weeks, from research to finished guidelines. The position is agreed before any design begins, and your timing is confirmed in the scope.

What do you need from us?

Time with the people who know the business, access to a few clients for interviews where possible, and one person who can approve the work.

Can you guarantee results?

No studio or agency can honestly guarantee a result. What we can commit to is the method: research, a clear and agreed position, and work built to it, following practices that are recognised across the industry. Each case study describes what happened for that client. It is not a promise of what will happen for yours.

Do we need a completely new brand?

Not necessarily. We review what is working and discuss what needs attention. The recommendation may be clearer messaging, an identity update or a broader change.

Who needs to be involved?

People who understand the business and someone who can approve the work. We agree who contributes and when feedback is needed.

Can this include our website?

Yes. We can scope the brand and website together so the message and design are consistent. You can also start with one focused project.

Let’s find what sets you apart.
