Nothing formal. A sense of what is not working, who you want to reach and any timing you are working to is plenty. We will ask the rest.
How much does a project cost?
Every Zelexis project is scoped to the business. After a first conversation we provide a clear scope and a tailored quote, so you know the investment before you commit.
How long does a project take?
A brand strategy and identity project with Zelexis typically runs 10 to 14 weeks, and a website 8 to 12 weeks. The timeline and review points are agreed in the scope before work begins.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. Zelexis is based in Brisbane’s north and works across Moreton Bay, North Brisbane, the Darling Downs and the Western Downs, meeting clients in person where it suits and by video in between.
Do I need a complete rebrand?
Usually not. Most projects sharpen an identity the business already has. We recommend a full rebrand only when the strategy shows the existing brand cannot carry the position.
